Blogs are usually informally. A blog is something a writer can pour his or her thoughts on and get responses to their writing. A blog can be used to tell people about an event that is going to happen. A blog is somewhere you can express your own thoughts, no matter what the topic is and everyone can see it. Blogs our also something that many schools use for learning. Most blogs that teenagers use are blogs that you can post pictures of your self on such as my space and face book. Blogs can also be used as a form of gossip.
In today’s world blogs can have a big impact on our lives because of the use of computers and technology. A blog gives us a way to notify people about thing. A blog can be a fun way to learn in the classroom because it is fun and easy to do.

AJ: This is a start, but I'd like to see a little more about the characteristics of different types of blogs that you looked at. Also, I'd like you to revise and include a hyperlink to the source of at least one of the websites you visited. When you do, link the part of the sentence that you got from that source.
And finally, you must include a title and you must proofread. It may be informal, but that doesn't mean as informal as chat or e-mail speak.
